Yoga Sutra Quote of the Day. Chapter 4. Verse 34.

“Freedom is at hand when the fundamental qualities of nature, each of their transformations witnessed at the moment of its inception, are recognized as irrelevant to pure awareness; it stands alone, grounded in its very nature, the power of pure seeing. That is all.” Patañjali trs. Chip Hartranft.

Wow. We did it! Another translation of The Yoga Sutra of Patañjali! Let’s see. We’ve read three different translations together: Georg Feuerstien, Nischala Joy Devi, and Chip Hartranft. All are a bit different. All are awesome. Before I started posting these quotes, I read another translation by Satchidananda. But were not stopping there, kids! I got another one lined up! Keep following me to see what the next translation of this wonderful treatise is!
